No Beauty without Creativity

What is Beauty to me? Beauty to me is having the freedom to express yourself, feeling confident, and bringing out the best of others! For me, as a Sephora Field Trainer, I get to unleash my creativity through training our cast on how to build meaningful relationships with our clients and inspire our leaders within the business to think of creative ways to solve problems.

In my day-to-day role, I live by the concept that learning is fun and can be sensorial! Our clients and cast don’t always remember what we said but they will always remember how we made them feel. By unleashing my creativity, I am able to influence each cast member to create an unforgettable bespoke service at Sephora, helping us define the future of beauty!

Passing the Creative Baton On

Recently, I got the opportunity to create and facilitate leadership training with the learning objective of equipping our leaders to inspire and influence our cast by understanding and flexing their communication skills. I got to connect with our leaders, understand their challenges, and push them to think of creative solutions.

I am truly grateful to have a platform like Sephora to continuously learn, develop, and refine my knowledge and skills. I am constantly exposed to a variety of mentors who are willing to guide and support me, shaping me into the person I am today.
