I love everything that relates to beauty and sharing. To me, Sephora is a retailer that is the epitome of beauty, and when I got the opportunity to work as a Beauty Advisor at Sephora after my graduation, I was overjoyed. Helping customers to become more beautiful and confident is what motivates me at work.

Bringing Out the Best Version of You

At the beginning of 2018, I completed my makeup exam and became an Executive Beauty Advisor (EBA) in which my role included both sales and category training. I recall the time when I participated in a Mini Makeup show in 2018 where I was asked to share makeup tips and beauty trends. It was my first time sharing in public so I was extremely nervous and anxious. As my product knowledge grew over time, I became more professional and confident. This is a great illustration on how, with determination and having a learning mindset, anyone can be ‘the best version of themselves’.

Sharing Knowledge, Growing People

This is my fourth year in Sephora, and I have conducted close to a 100 training sessions on beauty trends and knowledge sharing. Together with my fellow Sephorans, we are reimagining the future of beauty and trying our best to leave a positive footprint in our community. I think that's what beauty all is about.
